CasKay's Heavenly Sweets assures every package arrives to our local post office in perfect condition. After the package has been dropped off, we assume no responsibility for any damage to the contents of your order. We package your order to the best of our ability to prevent breakage or smashing. During warmer months, products containing cream cheese or icing decoration may melt slightly. This only damages the look of the treat but we can assure you the treats are still edible. Placing melted treats into the refrigerator for several minutes will firm up the decoration making it less messy to handle. CasKay's Heavenly Sweets is not responsible for any treats that lose their freshness because of chosen shipping time. Once you receive your order it is your responsibility to store our treats properly. We suggest placing all truffles in an air tight container, and refrigeration is required. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the post office. The post office makes every effort to deliver your package within 1 to 3 business days, as stated on their website regarding Priority Mail services. We do not ship outside the United States.
