Welcome to CasKay's Heavenly Sweets. We would like to let you know a little bit about us and what we do here at CasKay's.
Co-Owners Shannon Trull and Christy Dilg are self-taught cake artists with a love of baking and creating unforgettable cakes for family and friends. So together they decided to open their own cake business and bring that feeling to other people on their special day. CasKay's came up with their name by combining their 2 daughters first 3 letters of their name together which created CasKay. Heavenly Sweets was added because the sweets are like taking a bite of heaven. All together we got CasKay's Heavenly Sweets.
Cakes are covered in either traditional buttercream or rolled fondant icing, which gives a perfectly smooth and satin finish. A thin layer of buttercream is applied under the fondant. Decorations are made from buttercream, fondant, chocolate, or gumpaste. We also use toppers, edible images and many other ways to decorate our cakes.
